Internal response patterns develop early in life, affecting how we perceive and react to every situation.
Often the patterns are positive, but some patterns are clearly problematic. They exist as subtle, unconscious
reactions that can eventually cause physical, emotional and psychological distress.

We may experience mild symptoms such as insecurity, sleep problems or fatigue, or we may have extreme
depression, anxiety, or physical illnesses that leave us stressed, exhausted and dissatisfied with our lives.

Responses that were functional and protective in the past often create problems and obstacles for us as adults.
These patterns can become blocks that interfere with how we want to feel, with who we want to be and with what we
want to accomplish.
The combination of biofeedback, AVE and neurofeedback helps free us from these old reactions. Neurotherapy acts
as a "mirror" for the mind and body. It calms our physical “fight or flight” reactions and we experience a deep
relaxation effect. Neurotherapy then helps the “higher” brain regions learn new, healthier patterns of responding.
Alpha/theta neurofeedback takes this process to the next level, leading us to transformative states of inner peace and
integration.
